Warehouse Coordinator

Your main responsibilities

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the organization management and efficient operation of warehouse facilities and inventory systems. This role serves as a key operations professional managing material handling inventory control equipment maintenance and logistical coordination for field operations. The position balances administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse operations supporting service delivery across all department functions while maintaining compliance with health safety and quality standards.

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including shipping receiving inventory control and housekeeping.
• Pick pack and stage materials tools and equipment for field technicians and project start-ups.
• Monitor stock levels process purchase requisitions and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and consumables.
• Arrange and execute deliveries to job sites selecting safe and efficient routes and operating company vehicles and trailers.
• Maintain accurate records for inventory fleet vehicles rental equipment and safety devices in SAP and MS Office.
• Support health and safety initiatives ISO requirements and company quality standards in all warehouse activities.
• Partner with supervisors and field teams on special projects and process improvements.
