Senior Product Manager - Web Platforms

A leading healthcare brand is undergoing a major digital transformation and is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its Global Web Platforms portfolio. This role will own the strategy governance and delivery of the web ecosystem powering 300 websites across multiple brands regions and clinical services.

This is a high-impact role for a senior product leader who can bring structure direction and clarity to complex web environments while modernising and scaling global digital experiences.

The opportunity

You will lead the vision roadmap and delivery of global web products including reusable components templates CMS platforms content services and location experiences. Working across a diverse stakeholder group you will play a pivotal role in transforming fragmented web experiences into a cohesive consistent and future-ready ecosystem.

This role also leads two Product Managers and partners closely with design engineering CX and enterprise stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes at scale.

Key responsibilities

Define and drive the product strategy for global web platforms and content ecosystems

Lead the delivery of redesigned components and modernised design systems across all sites

Create clear data-informed roadmaps aligned to business and customer outcomes

Establish governance models for CMS usage content workflows and design standards

Drive stakeholder alignment across clinical digital and operational teams

Ensure delivery balances quality scalability and measurable impact

Mentor and uplift Product Management capability across the team

Embed customer experience best practice into the entire web lifecycle

What we are looking for

Proven experience leading complex digital platforms or web products at enterprise scale

Strong background in CMS implementation and optimisation

Experience managing large diverse stakeholder groups through complex transformation

Ability to create strategic clarity while operating hands-on with delivery

High emotional intelligence and confident communication style

Background in healthcare enterprise or regulated environments highly regarded
