Nanny Wanted - Seeking A Caring House Manager/Nanny To Support Our Busy Family

We are a very busy family looking for a reliable, warm, and highly organized House Manager / Nanny to join our household starting in January, after the holidays. Our four children are all in school full-time, and with demanding work schedules, extracurriculars, including rep sports and day-to-day life, we’re looking for someone who can step in and help our home run smoothly.

This role blends household management, after-school support, and pet care — perfect for someone who takes initiative and enjoys creating structure in a family environment.

During the afternoon, we would love support with general household upkeep, including cleaning, managing weekly laundry, grocery shopping, running small errands (i.e, getting our kids' skates sharpened lol), and helping with meal prep and dinners. Our Bernese Mountain Dog also needs a daily walk and some company in the afternoon, so comfort with large, friendly dogs is important. When the kids return home from school (they take a bus and are usually home around 3 : 45 pm), we’re looking for someone who can provide a supportive presence — greeting them, helping guide homework time, and ensuring the after-school routine runs smoothly.

We're looking for someone to help 3-4 days a week, preferably Monday - Thursday with a schedule of 12 : 30 / 1 : ... pm - 7 : 00 pm.
