POSITION FUNCTION :
The Assessments Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of the IELTS assessments by managing the scheduling and following security protocols in compliance with MOSAIC and British Council policies and procedures.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
In conjunction with the Managing Coordinator and Manager oversee program operations
Organizing and scheduling IELTS test sessions.
Ensuring the test center operates in compliance with MOSAIC and British Council policies.
Assisting test takers with inquiries before during and after the test.
Ensuring that all computers microphones and headsets are functioning properly.
Preparing and submitting test reports and attendance records.
QUALIFICATIONS :
HOURS : full-time 35 hours per week. Schedule : Sun-Monday and Thurs-Sat. Some evening work.
Contract ends March 31 2027.
The successful candidate must be able to commute to200-7134 King George British Columbia V3W 5A3
COMPENSATION : $31.26 - $34.09 per hour
BENEFITS :
A competitive benefits package is provided with contracts of at least 1 year in length and which offer a minimum of 17.5 hours of work per week .
