Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead and oversee building management system (BMS) projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, extensive project coordination experience, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high‑quality standards across all phases of construction and system integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of BMS projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project workflows.
- Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to BMS systems and construction sites.
- Manage procurement processes including contracts, subcontractor agreements, and material orders.
- Oversee on‑site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Utilize construction management software for documentation, communication, and project tracking.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings; adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting work for compliance with design specifications and schematics.
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and manage project documentation meticulously.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction management with a focus on BMS or related systems.Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools is highly desirable.Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site safety protocols.Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.Demonstrated ability in project coordination across diverse teams and stakeholders.Strong understanding of construction management practices, including site supervision and quality assurance.Relevant certifications or degrees in Construction Management or related fields are preferred.Benefits
