Job description

We are seeking a File Clerk for a role just north of the downtown area of Winnipeg. The primary function of this role will be to manage and organize files. This is a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be processing customer applications and maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities :

  • Carry out clerical duties to support the smooth running of the office
  • Manage the filing system and ensure all documents are stored securely and can be retrieved easily
  • Collaborate with team members to improve filing and record keeping systems
  • Ensure all documents are filed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in performing clerical duties is required.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
