Job description

We are looking for someone who is comfortable leading a team of regulated healthcare professionals while providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. This is a permanent role based in our Mississauga office and will also be required to travel for supervisory client visits.

What you will be doing :

  • You will be responsible for the day-day management and coordination of the services your team will provide to the community.
  • You will be supervising and organizing projects within the support workers team. You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under minimal supervision.
  • You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
  • You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
  • You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.

Skills needed for success :

  • Have current registration and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario, as an RN or RPN
  • 3 years leadership experience in community care in Mississauga, Halton and Central West and surrounding regions is an advantage
  • Ability to drive and handle supervisory client visits will be required
  • You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough understanding of all facets of Nursing work with familiarity of policies and procedures in healthcare industry
  • Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal skills.
