Evening Detail Manager

About the Role :

Cochrane Toyota is seeking an experienced and motivated Evening Detail Manager to lead our evening detailing operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager this role is responsible for managing the evening detail team ensuring all vehicles are detailed to Cochrane Toyotas high standards and maintaining a smooth efficient workflow throughout the evening shift. The hours for this position are from 4 : 00 PM to 1 : 00 AM Monday to Fridaywith Saturday and Sunday off.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Supervise and coordinate the evening detailing team ensuring high-quality standards are met for every vehicle.
• Prepare new and used vehicles for customer delivery.
• Detail vehicles with a focus on quality and meticulous attention to detail.
• Apply protection package products to both interior and exterior surfaces.
• Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) as needed.
• Maintain high standards across all detailing tasks while managing customer expectations.
• Manage workflow to ensure vehicles are detailed and ready for next-day delivery or service appointments.
• Inspect completed work to guarantee vehicles meet dealership and manufacturer presentation standards.
• Train mentor and support detail staff in proper cleaning techniques safety procedures and time management.
• Ensure detail bays and work areas remain clean organized and safe at all times.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Managers to prioritize work and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Uphold cleanliness safety and efficiency within the facility.
