Pharmaceutical Lawyer

We are currently seeking transactional lawyers for a pharmaceutical company. This position is remote, however you must be located in Ontario or Alberta, Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Review marketing collateral, educational, and promotional materials for compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
• Negotiate, draft and review an extensive range of contracts for Canadian business, including marketing and medical materials.
• Ability to thrive in a large, fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the life sciences industry or private practice supporting clients in the life science industry.
• Able to negotiate and draft complex contracts and related documents.
• Knowledge of and experience with pharmaceutical and medical device regulation, including product registration, licensing, and promotion.
• Active bar membership in Alberta or Ontario.
