A leading studio in Victoria, BC is looking for a passionate Senior Marketing Specialist to support player engagement and retention strategies for a one-year maternity contract, with the potential for extension to a permanent role. In this position, the specialist will create campaigns aimed at activating, engaging, retaining, cross-selling, and increasing customer lifetime value for a portfolio of successful mobile games. This role involves developing lifecycle-based communication programs targeting player segments across email, mobile, and social media, as well as assessing performance and optimizing campaigns.
