Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst on a permanent basis on our Innovation team. This position is a remote opportunity and can based anywhere across Canada.

Youll lead the design of impactful BI solutions collaborate with cross-functional teams and champion data adoption to shape the future of our organization. What youll do :

• Design and implement data models dashboards and reporting tools through collaboration prototyping and agile practices to provide business value quickly.
• Build strong relationships with business partners manage expectations and act as a liaison to align requirements roadmaps and adoption strategies.
• Ensure data integrity security and compliance through rigorous testing risk management and collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Intake and assess business requests apply prioritization frameworks and translate requirements into actionable user stories for development teams.
• Promote data literacy monitor adoption lead training and drive iterative enhancements by staying current with BI trends and best practices.

Who youll work with :

You will work closely with other specialists and Data Analysts and will report into the Manager Analytic Services. This team strives to cultivate a culture of transparency collaboration and diversity.
