The Opportunity

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries from healthcare fire EMS and law enforcement professionals within target markets.
• Drive revenue growth by engaging prospective customers with professionalism integrity and a consultative approach that delivers a high-quality buying experience.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and qualification calls to identify needs assess fit and develop sales-ready opportunities for progression through the pipeline.
• Close Top Opportunities and Qualified Leads.
• Engage customers to increase consumable utilization based on purchase history providing both purchase logistics and training opportunities.
• Manage and update all customer lead and opportunity information accurately within HubSpot CRM.
• Maintain detailed timely and accurate records of all customer interactions activities and next steps in HubSpot.
• Execute consistent and effective follow-up with prospects to advance opportunities toward closure and support long-term customer retention.
• Close sales directly where appropriate and support handoff to field sales.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations both virtually and in person to prospective and existing customers as required.
• Provide customer training onboarding support and educational materials to end users and internal teams.
• Support and attend trade shows conferences and industry events to generate leads engage prospects and drive sales activity as required.
• Work toward achieving individual monthly and annual sales targets contributing to overall company growth objectives.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as the business evolves and commercial needs expand.

• Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in outbound sales is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and CRM systems (HubSpot
• preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
