Onsite work location

This role will be on-site, based out of the Distribution Center, 19295 25 Avenue, Surrey, BC. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9 : 30 am - 6 : 00 pm, 40 hours per week. This role will require travelling as part of our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementations and training provided to branches throughout Western Canada. Travelling for training and WMS role-out support will be required, typically in a 2-week rotation on site. The successful candidate must be flexible with working hours to accommodate training needs, as this may include occasional evenings or weekends.

As a Distribution Center (DC) Trainer , you play a key role in developing a safe, skilled, and efficient team. By training and mentoring new hires on DC procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use, you help build a strong operational foundation. Your work supports smooth onboarding, consistent processes, and effective transitions to our Warehouse Management System. Reporting to the DC Supervisors, you help drive performance, support team development, and ensure we maintain high standards across our operations.
