Job descriptionAt least 5 years of technical and mechanical experience in an automotive / stamping role. Proven leadership experience in a maintenance setting. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, schematics, and electrical components. Knowledge of project management principles. Experience with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
One of our manufacturing client in London area is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for their facility.
Pay Rate - $85k-$95k / year
Responsibilities :
- Budget Management : Ensure adherence to budgets and manage necessary costs.
- Maintenance Scheduling : Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Equipment Management : Ensure equipment availability, efficiency, and monitor its lifespan.
- Safety Compliance : Uphold safety and environmental standards.
- Team Supervision : Lead and train maintenance technicians.
- Vendor Coordination : Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement.
- Spare Parts Management : Forecast, order, and negotiate spare parts prices.
- Subcontractor Management : Hire and oversee subcontractors.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive ongoing improvements in work practices.
