We are seeking an accomplished Manager for Data Analytics and Reporting with demonstrated expertise in a range of BI reporting tools, SharePoint development, Power Automate, and Power Apps to advance data-driven decision-making and optimize business processes. In this position, you will :

• Lead analytics and reporting initiatives for the team
• Establish and uphold standards and best practices for reporting and data quality
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership to identify requirements and translate them into actionable insights
• Drive data-informed decision-making across the organization
• Provide consistency and structure to ensure reliable leadership reporting
• Analyze complex datasets, develop impactful Power BI dashboards, design automated workflows, and create secure, scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Apply advanced technical skills in Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, and the Power Platform to transform raw data into valuable insights while ensuring strict adherence to security and compliance protocols

Base salary : $76,400 - $141,400 annually, plus potential variable compensation.
