Recruitment Assistant
We're on the hunt for a Recruitment Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll work with our team on recruitment projects (to start, supporting our senior recruiters while learning the ins and outs of the staffing industry).
This is a % remote position with preference towards candidates in BC.

Responsibilities
- Support senior recruiters with scheduling client meetings, organizing back-end systems, and documents in Google Workspace
- Assist with sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter), candidate management, data collection and screening
- New business development, lead generation and email management, using outbound sales tools to track, nurture, and develop new leads
- Craft personalized outreach and new marketing collateral on an ongoing basis
- Attend virtual client meetings, take meeting minutes, and set up necessary documents
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process alongside our team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred
- 3+ years in a relevant position (recruitment or sales ideal)
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and / or Excel
- 60+ WPM typing speed
- Home office set up and ability to work % remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines within project-based environments. Experience managing multiple projects at once, with excellent attention to detail and time management.
