What We’re Looking For

• ✅ Digital Strategy & Campaign Management: Ability to plan, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and email marketing.
• ✅ Content Marketing: Strong understanding of storytelling, content calendars, and platform-optimized digital content creation.
• ✅ Social Media Management: Proficiency in managing and growing brand presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• ✅ SEO & SEM: Solid grasp of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, Google Analytics, keyword research, and performance tracking.
• ✅ Performance Marketing: Experience in running paid campaigns (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Ads) with a focus on ROI, CPL, and conversion optimization.
• ✅ Email & Automation Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• ✅ Analytics & Reporting: Ability to analyze metrics, generate insights, and prepare data-driven reports using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other digital dashboards.

What You’ll Do

• ✅ Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and leads.
• ✅ Manage paid advertising campaigns and continuously optimize performance based on analytics.
• ✅ Collaborate with creative and production teams to align ad visuals, videos, and copy with brand messaging.
• ✅ Conduct keyword and audience research to identify growth opportunities.
• ✅ Create and manage social media content calendars, scheduling, and engagement activities.
• ✅ Track and report campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
• ✅ Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, social algorithms, and advertising tools.
• ✅ Contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and campaign impact.
