What you will do with us As a  Project Coordinator,  based in  Montreal  , you will oversee the day-to-day projects assigned to you, providing advice and guidance as needed. • You will manage customer orders using the Direct project management system.
• You will monitor the various stages of project management; drawings, approvals, deliveries, invoicing.
• You will ensure coordination and interface between our suppliers, the sales team, management and our customers.
• You will ensure that you are on the lookout for any situation that could hinder customer satisfaction and be proactive in managing and resolving problems.
• You will be a brand ambassador, building brand awareness while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will constantly ensure that our brand image is reflected.  Who are you ?
• You have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• You are organized and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are able to maintain positive business relationships with suppliers and customers and resolve any issues that may arise.
• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting time constraints.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Technical knowledge of electrical products is an undeniable asset.
• Bilingualism (French and English) required.  What we offer
