Responsibilities :
- Provide employees with information on group insurance and related benefits.
- Participate in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) meetings, including recording minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Collaborate with the Payroll department for seamless processing.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Support corporate HR initiatives and manage other organizational requests as needed.
- Manage disciplinary procedures in alignment with company policies.
- Update and maintain accurate job descriptions.
- Develop and share internal communications related to HR matters.
- Oversee workplace safety programs, including managing disability claims and WSIB cases.

Required Skills and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.CHRP designation is an asset but not mandatory.3–5 years of HR experience, ideally within retail, warehousing, and distribution sectors.Proficient in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.Knowledge of the US Human Resources requirements is an assetAbility to travel between locations within the GTA is requiredExceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
