We have an immediate need for Industrial Millwrights to join our Maintenance Team. In this role, you will play a key part in the repair and maintenance and repair of our facilities machines and systems such as multi- axis turning centers, specialized lens manufacturing equipment, and thin film coating chambers. Primary Responsibilities :

• Interpret schematics, diagrams, manuals and written technical instructions to help troubleshoot problems and repair machinery
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems such as high precision CNC Mills, Lathes and Optical Machines
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they lead to downtime or production delays
• Complete minor fabrication and rigging work as necessary, complete hand sketches and drawings if required
• Planning and coordinating of resources and activities within the team, other departments and external as requires
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees
• Share in the commitment towards a positive workplace culture
