Job description5 years’ experience in the plumbing and drain cleaning industry along with an accreditation in Plumbing Strong communication skills Leadership / Management / Supervisor experience (Min. 2 years) Valid class 5 drivers’ license Excellent Compensation Performance incentives as agreed upon Benefit plan after 3 months- including Dental, extended Health care, Life Insurance Casual dress Company events On-site gym On-site parking Work Vehicle Reports to and responsible to the : Field Manager
Responsibilities :
- Trouble shooting and diagnostic proficiency
- Manage and be the point of contact for up to 7 technicians effectively
- Conduct Performance Improvement Plans and evaluations with the technicians
- Attend to service calls as required
