Summary of the role :
In this role you will manage the entire product development lifestyle. You will coordinate relationships with retailers, manufacturers, marketing and other departments.
You know how to take ownership of a task and will dig in to get things done.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE :
- You are a strong negotiator and problem solver with an eye for innovation
- Your strength is maintaining solid relationships with suppliers and clients
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Using a variety of data, you will drive decision making
- Coordinate customer product orders to the overseas factory and manage delivery from to meet the clients demands and standards
- Source, cost, testing, forecasting, production and promotion of products
- Understanding customer satisfaction is the key
- Attend industry trade shows
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Experience in CPG industry
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Creative mindset
- Proficient in MS office including Outlook
- Mandarin or Cantonese an asset
- Ability to travel internationally required
