about this role :
As the Senior Compensation Lead for Global Fulfillment at lululemon, you will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation, and partner with the P&C Business Partners as well as with the business leaders. This role is the key compensation partner to lululemon’s Global Fulfillment org and is responsible for supporting them in all compensation work, from base pay building, incentive design, to the strategic outlook on how compensation can support Global Fulfillment’s growth and goals. This role partners closely with P&C partners, cross-functional teams such as FP&A, Talent Acquisition and Global Fulfillment leaders. This role holds responsibility for employees in our Distribution Centres as well as employees in our broader Global Fulfillment function.
Working with the team, you'll take on interesting projects, while demonstrating your entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in a growth environment.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
