Edgeband Operator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Master the setup and calibration of the edgebander precisely adjusting feed speeds cutter heads and pressure settings to meet exact job specifications.
• Conduct continuous in-process quality control meticulously inspecting finished products for perfect edge alignment adhesion and overall finish.
• Take ownership of machine performance by conducting routine preventative maintenance and proactively troubleshooting operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Drive production goals by working efficiently and independently optimizing machine settings and workflows to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Uphold the highest safety standards by rigorously following all company protocols including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and lockout / tagout procedures.
• Inspect and prepare all raw materials ensuring components meet strict quality and dimensional standards before the edgebanding process begins.
