Directs an organization’s overall supply chain operations, including sourcing and selection of vendors, negotiating, and contracting, managing supplier relationships, managing inventory levels to ensure material availability, and managing systems to report on performance.

Ensure processes meet regulatory standards under Transport Canada requirements.Manage inventory and establish controls.Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire function.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to procurement.Lead and coach others in maintaining excellence on quality control, and safety.
Develop and manage departmental budgets accordingly.Establish annual goals and objectives.Develop and manage inventory strategies and policy.
Deliver targeted results including cost savings, supplier OTD and quality.Create and strategically adjust departments’ activities, policies and practices.

Develop and Implement a Supply Chain re-alignment strategy.EducationUniversity’s Bachelor’s Degree : Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
APICS Supply Chain Management Certification.Experience15+ years experience leading supply chain team(s) in procurement, contracting, supplier management.
