Moulding Team Lead

Reporting to the Logistics and Value Add Manager, the Moulding Team Lead will oversee the day to day operations of the moulding department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal uptime of plant operations, fostering team growth, promoting a safe. healthy work environment through team building, problem-solving and continuous process improvement intiatives.
