Job description

This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity offering performance-based (commission-only) compensation. It is not a salaried or employed position and does not include employee benefits.

We are seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in sales, business development, consulting, or client relationship management to support outreach and client engagement activities within a structured system.

About the OrganizationWe operate globally in the leadership and professional development sector, delivering online education, virtual workshops, and live programs to participants in over 100 countries. Independent contractors work remotely using established tools, processes, and training resources.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in scheduled training and development sessions (virtual)

Use company-approved systems and materials to engage with prospective clients

Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand individual goals and share relevant program information

Guide interested individuals through defined onboarding processes

Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance and professionalism standards

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years of professional experience

Background in sales, consulting, management, business development, training, HR, or other client-facing roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Ability to manage time effectively and follow established processes

Interest in ongoing professional development
