Job Description

We are seeking a Field Marketer to strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients and candidates through

community-based and on-the-ground marketing initiatives.

This role requires a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle , as regular travel to events, client sites, and community locations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute field marketing campaigns promoting staffing and recruitment services

Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, industry expos, and community programs

Generate leads and increase brand awareness through direct outreach

Collaborate with recruitment and sales teams on marketing strategies and promotional materials

Build relationships with clients, candidates, and community partners

Track campaign performance and report ROI on marketing initiatives

Support social media and digital campaigns with field insights and localized content

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 2+ years experience in field marketing, brand promotion, or business development

Staffing industry experience is an asset

Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (Mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge preferred

Willingness to travel locally for events and client meetings
