Protrans Personnel Services is hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a leading Transportation Company in Montreal (Quebec)

What's In it for you?

Monday to Friday

Timings : 8am to 5pm.

Location : Dorval (Near Montreal Airport)

Pay Rate : $21 / hr (Being paid every Friday in bank account)

Must be bilingual (French & English). Must have your own vehicle for travel.

Must have experience working in transport or logistic company.

Qualifications :

• Education Required : Minimum High School diploma.
• Years of Experience Required :
• Must have experience using AS400 software system.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
• The ability to work effectively and efficiently with both internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of telephone systems.
• Post-secondary education and call center experience in a fast-paced environment, along with knowledge of the transportation industry are definite assets.
• Must have atleast1 years of experience in Transport Company.
