Base Pay Range

CA$17.85 / hr - CA$17.85 / hr

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining experiences for Earls guests. Use your unmatched multi‑tasking skills to anticipate and deliver on guests’ needs.
• Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging conversations.
• Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems using communication skills and empower decision‑making for yourself and teammates.
• Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Display love for food and drink through menu and product knowledge.
• Adapt to any situation with ease. Use organizational skills and commitment to the guest experience for quick problem solving.
