Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a full-time rental agent for our Vita multi-residential building. Sales no longer holds any secrets for you, this position is for you! Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Receive potential customers
• Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to the policies, service offer and established promotions, in conjunction with the building manager
• Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms
• Follow up on prospects and complete the necessary documents for the rental
• Perform business development and develop new go-to-market strategies with management approval
• Issue rental activity reports and process renewal requests, as needed

The ideal person has :

• Leadership, creativity, organized and ability to work under pressure
• Be action and results oriented
• Master interpersonal communication and have a customer service attitude
• Have business acumen

Required qualifications :

• Experience in sales
• Customer service experience an asset
• A good working knowledge of sales techniques
