Job description

We’re looking for outgoing, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Marketers for the winter-summer season.

This is a great opportunity to gain sales and marketing experience while enjoying flexible work hours and earning great pay.

As a Door-to-Door Marketer, you’ll be the face of Shine Simcoe, connecting with homeowners in local neighborhoods to introduce our professional window cleaning and exterior maintenance services.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass assigned neighbourhoods to engage homeowners about our services.
  • Present Shine Simcoe’s offerings in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Generate leads by collecting contact information and gauging customer interest.
  • Schedule free estimates for potential customers.
  • Track and report daily progress to your team lead or manager.
  • Represent Shine Simcoe with enthusiasm and positivity.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with door-to-door interactions and engaging new people.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing is an asset but not required.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours during the summer months.
