Our municipal client is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to support the Implementation of ServiceNow for Multiple Initiatives.
Tasks include:
- Focusing on several critical initiatives, including facilities, fleet management, asset management, and legacy database migration, this role will require hands-on involvement. You will be instrumental in moving operations to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring smooth integration, high-quality execution, and maximizing value through change management and process optimization.
- Support design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT operations.
- Working closely with the ServiceNow development and architecture teams, helping to integrate facilities management, fleet management, and asset management solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for ServiceNow implementation, leveraging generative AI tools to streamline the process.
- Work on integration strategies, particularly for specialized units, asset management, and workflows.
- Work with agile teams through iterative processes, ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery.
- Ensure the proper migration and transformation of legacy databases into the cloud, addressing current limitations (e.g., PDFs not being cloud-friendly).
- Provide hands-on support for configuration and customization within ServiceNow, particularly for ITSM, asset management, and specialized units.

Work mode: Mostly remote, would prefer candidates in the Ottawa region
Must Haves:
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, and customization, including ITSM, asset management, and facilities management modules.
- Experience in ServiceNow modules such as: HRSD, CRM, CSM, ITSM
- Proven experience in moving legacy databases and systems to cloud-based solutions, especially ServiceNow.

- Experience with integration of third-party systems (e.g., ERP, fleet management, and asset management systems)
