Who are Challenger Sports?

Challenger Sports is owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer people in the country.

Summer Camp (breakdown of role)

Summer camp role involves travelling town to town working with a variety of soccer clubs in Canada. Candidates can commute to the camp location (if within distance) or Challenger covers travel / housing costs whilst moving around.

Academy Soccer Coach (breakdown of role)

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups / players. You will either remain at your home location and / or have the option to travel to different locations to coach each week

  • Coaching daily / weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (3- 16 years old)
  • Logbooks : keeping track of your hours & sessions
  • Session plans : use Challenger software to provide online session plans
  • Communication : to all parents / players within our registration programs

    • You will be provided the following for each role

  • 600 per week for Summer camp positions
  • Academy roles differ upon experience and qualifications

    • If accommodation or transport is provided by Challenger Sports this number may be less.

    Requirements

  • MUST HAVE VALID DRIVING LICENCE
  • Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
  • All staff must pass rigorous background check.
  • The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
  • Must have work authorization to work in the Canada
  • Must have some experience working with children of 3-12yrs
  • It is essential you are personable & have high energy
  • Playing experience preferred
