LPN opportunity in Lumby, Salmon Arm and Williams Lake BC. This role is ideal for those interested in working in a Long Term Senior Living facility.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time Permanent. Locations available : Williams Lake, Lumby and Salmon Arm BC. Hourly rates are based off the BC Provincial Wage Guide / Years of Experience. Schedule : Days / Nights available. Compensation & Perks : Annual renewal coverage for LPN license with the BCCNM; Comprehensive health benefits; Paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centered nursing care to residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with BCCNM standards
• Foster a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, families, and staff
• Demonstrate excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
