A career as a Senior Data Analyst in the conversational and Digital Performance team at National Bank means that you will be a specialist in analysing and valuing conversational and digital data to inform decision‑making. This position allows you to have a real impact on the orientation of digital engagement and marketing communication strategies thanks to your expertise in analytics, storytelling and business intelligence. Your role involves contributing to the digital transformation by influencing operations, creating powerful analyses and making data accessible to as many people as possible.
Your team
You will join the conversational and Digital Performance team in the Senior Client Contact and Performance team. This team is made up of passionate specialists who work in an agile way to improve the digital and conversational experience for our clients and support the Bank's ambitions. Together, we transform complex data into concrete drivers to guide strategic decision‑making.
You work in a collaborative, stimulating and solutions‑oriented environment where creativity, innovation and analytical rigour are central to your day‑to‑day work.
