1.0 Permanent IT Intermediate Customer Support Technician – North Region

Effective Immediately

Location : North Region : North Bay and Surrounding Communities including Sturgeon Falls and Mattawa

Duties & Responsibilities

• Integrate, test, configure, deploy, upgrade, maintain, and decommission all platforms, software, hardware, and applications used in a classroom, school office, or Board Office environment.
• Respond to support and training requests received through a Help Desk Management system or as directed by Customer Support Supervisor. Assist and support all users (staff, students, parents or guardians) with NNDSB promoted applications.
• Respond to and resolve hardware, software, and network related service interruptions. Document problem resolution and assist in maintaining knowledge base.

Rate of pay : $29.16 to $31.98 per hour
