Salary
Maintenance Service Worker 1 (MSW1) – Park Maintenance Worker 1 : $23.11 - $26.00 per hour
Maintenance Service Worker 2 (MSW2) – Park Maintenance Worker 2 : $24.80 - $30.36 per hour
Maintenance Service Worker 3 (MSW3) – Park Maintenance Crew Lead : $26.18 - $32.08 per hour
In addition to regular wages, regular Wage employees receive 11.6% in lieu of benefits and vacation leave : 5.6% for holidays, 6% for annual vacation pay. Shift Premium Pay : $3.25 / hour weekends, $2.75 / hour evenings.

Role Responsibilities
If you enjoy working outside and are committed to caring for Alberta Park’s facilities and campgrounds, come join our Maintenance Team in the Slave Lake Area. We are looking for highly motivated, well-organized, responsible Maintenance Service Workers for the 2026 summer operating season. Individuals will be part of a team accountable for providing regular maintenance and operational duties that support the day use areas, campgrounds, facilities and trail systems. We are currently looking to hire Park Maintenance Workers to work in the Slave Lake Area.

All positions require varied shifts including weekends and holidays. You may work up to 40 hours per week and will be paid for hours worked. You must have good physical stamina for outdoor manual duties in all weather conditions.
