• Collecting and preparing blood, urine, and tissue samples for analysis
• Performing serological, bacteriological, biochemical, hematological, and microbiological examinations on samples
• Determines normal and abnormal components of body fluids by conducting chemical analyses of blood, urine, spinal fluids, and gastric juices
• Conduct chemical analyses of blood, urine, spinal fluids and gastric juices
• Documenting and reviewing the tested data
• Determining whether sample parameters fall within normal ranges and identifying abnormalities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or a relevant field
• 2-4 years of experience as a medical technologist
• Ability to use complex medical equipment
• Certificate to work as a medical technician
• Advanced knowledge of biology and chemistry
• Proficiency in electronic health record management systems, such as AdvancedMD and eClinicalWorks
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in inventorizing supplies and maintaining laboratory equipment

Salary: $19.00 - $33.75 per hour
