Salary: $70,000–$90,000

We are partnering with a well-established Canadian law firm seeking an experienced Family Law Clerk to support a busy and respected family law practice.

The Role

You will work closely with lawyers on a wide range of family law matters, providing essential procedural and client-facing support in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare court documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Manage court filings, deadlines, and scheduling
• Assist with financial statements, disclosure, and motion materials
• Liaise with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Maintain client files and ensure compliance with court procedures

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Family Law Clerk
• Strong knowledge of Ontario family law procedures and court rules
• Experience with motions, conferences, and financial disclosure
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
• Law Clerk diploma or equivalent experience
