Inside Automation National Proposal Specialist

Westburne Electric is a leading distributor of electrical and automation solutions across Canada. We are looking for an Inside Automation Proposal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting Rockwell Automation products while providing exceptional customer service to our National Customers. What You Will Do: * Support our Specialist and Sales team with Rockwell Automation and Encompassing partner products. * Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers in the electrical, electronics, and instrumentation fields. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, assisting them in selecting the best solutions for their automation needs. * Obtain orders/quotation requests through Dynamics 365, telephone calls, inside sales team. * Follow up on written quotations to secure orders or reason for loss of order. * Maintain system backorder report. * Stay updated on industry trends and emerging automation technologies. What You Bring: * Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field). * Experience in industrial automation, electrical distribution, or control systems is an asset. * Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products is highly preferred. * Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand customer needs. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Able to travel Why Join Us? * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Work with a knowledgeable and supportive team in the automation industry.
