Description
The incumbent of this position reports to the VPHR and leads a team of 5 consultants who support managers in labor relations, health & safety, and compliance.
In a management culture that values collaboration (management / union) and the health and well-being of workers, the Director develops strategies that support the growth and continuous improvement of operations.
Candidate profile
You have a university degree, are fluently bilingual and have a minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience, including more than 5 in a strategic position and member of the management committee of a company in the industrial sector.
