Role Overview

Support project teams by tracking costs, reviewing invoices, performing variance analysis, and preparing cost reports for multi disciplinary System Improvement projects.

Location : North York or Markham, ON

Hybrid : 3 days onsite (Mon / Tues / Thurs), 2 days remote (Wed / Fri)

Duration : 1 year

Suggested Pay Rate : $29.08 / hr

Drivers Abstract : Required

Key Responsibilities

Track and reconcile daily / weekly project costs.

Review, code, and track invoices; ensure proper WBS allocation.

Update cost trackers from SAP / Oracle, POs, invoices, and vendor communications.

Conduct monthly accruals and affiliate billing.

Support cost reporting, variance analysis, and scope change management.

Prepare cost status reports and meeting minutes.

Liaise with PMs, Finance, and stakeholders to resolve cost discrepancies. Qualifications

Degree or relevant operations experience.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Advanced Excel; experience with Oracle / SAP preferred.

Ability to prioritize and work with multiple stakeholders.
