Today, I am recruiting for one of my great clients located in Montreal, a Salesforce governance and security consultant with at least 5 years of experience. The position is permanent, 100% remote mode with travel as needed and with great benefits.

  • Drive Salesforce projects by defining clear and effective governance processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the use of Salesforce, associated tools and RACI matrices.
  • Align Salesforce capabilities with the strategic needs of the business.
  • Serve as an intermediary between project teams and Salesforce functionalities to ensure optimal exploitation of the platform.
  • Implement, monitor and maintain security policies associated with Salesforce.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of risk management strategies related to Salesforce.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all Salesforce governance and security issues.
  • Significant experience in Salesforce project governance.
  • In-depth expertise in Salesforce security principles.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Salesforce governance processes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in defining and implementing robust security policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of RACI matrices and governance best practices.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a related field.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, etc.) considered an asset.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in IT project governance, with particular expertise in Salesforce.
  • Strong experience in risk management and IT security.
