Recruiter (1 Year Contract)

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in-person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do as a recruiter for retail leadership :

• Full-cycle recruitment for store leadership roles for all of our stores across Canada (with some corporate recruiting as required)
• Build relationships with hiring leaders to understand their talent needs
• Create and execute sourcing plans for assigned roles; using multiple tactics to drive applicant traffic and proactively identify qualified candidates
• Prescreen and interview candidates to determine a qualified and diverse slate of candidates to present to the hiring team
• Coordinate hiring team interviews, support feedback and hiring decisions, present job offers and provide ongoing communication to hiring teams and candidates throughout the process

Annualized base pay range

70,000.00 - $75,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
