Base pay range : CA$142,100.00 / yr - CA$162,400.00 / yr

Job Title : Senior Corporate | Commercial Litigation Lawyer

Our client, a multi-practice, highly-respected Calgary firm, is looking for a Senior Associate or Junior Partner to join the Business Law Group. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience, a strong corporate and commercial background, and the ability to manage files independently while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• A member in good standing with current, active membership with the Alberta Law Society.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, navigate conflicting priorities, and work collaboratively.
• Desire to build and foster strong client relationships.
• Responsive, resourceful, and practical problem solver.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• JD from an FLSC approved school.
• 7+ years of experience solid corporate commercial experience.
