Here at Merivance, we’re looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals ready to launch their careers in sales, marketing, and customer service. Based in Richmond, VA, this is an entry-level, on-site position where you'll work face-to-face with customers to promote our clients’ products and services within retail locations.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, brand representation, and sales strategy—all while building a foundation for long-term career growth.

What You’ll Do :

  • Represent and promote client products in a retail environment
  • Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
  • Help drive customer acquisition through engaging conversations
  • Learn and apply product knowledge to increase sales and brand awareness
  • Support product launches and promotional events
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed goals

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred but not required)
  • Motivated, team-oriented, and goal-driven individuals
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
