Position Type: Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite in Toronto (subject to change, no exceptions)

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Report Developer will support automation of regular and ad-hoc reporting focused on engineering value delivery. The team produces cyclical and ad-hoc reports covering Project Portfolio Execution, Risk Remediation, and Change Management.

• Designs, implements, and maintains data analytics and reporting solutions for Project Portfolio Management.
• Communicates with project and portfolio management practitioners to support report adoption, validate data, and gather feature requests.
• Collaborates with SMEs to understand data requirements and translate them into data models.
• Assembles large, complex data sets, identifies logical connections, and automates data validation and ETL processes.
• Contributes to the evolution of Project Portfolio Management processes and tools.

Must Have Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience with:
• Power BI / M language
• SQL
• JIRA / JQL
• Designing solutions for complex corporate systems
• Strong technical background with experience in relational databases, data quality, analytics, ETL, and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a software engineering background.
• Outcome-oriented, capable of delivering, executing, identifying risks, and resolving issues quickly. Able to influence outcomes across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Ability to think abstractly and simplify complex issues or solutions into actionable tasks.
