Ninja Japanese and Korean Cuisine is seeking a F / T Restaurant Manager

Terms of employment : Full-time, Permanent

Wage : $28.00~$35.00 / hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours : 30-40 hours / week

Number of Positions : 1

Work Location : 4605 Lakelse Ave, Terrace, BC V8G 1p9

4% vacation pay

Job Duties :

Manage and evaluate the operation of a restaurant and food service

Determine and develop customer service, and implement operational procedures

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training

Establish staff work schedules and manage staff performance

Resolve customer’s complaints and concerns

Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

Job requirements :

Experience : 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.

Education : Completion of secondary school is required.
