Responsibilities
Finance, Service and Parts operations of the dealership
in all departments
sales management and upholding sales process
understanding of Service and Parts operations
implement strategies for growth
efficiency and profitability in all departments
high-performance culture and climate in a dealership
motivate and retain talent
encourage strong working relationships at all levels in the business
results while ensuring compliance to company policies and corporate governance
compliance to franchise standards and target requirements
Requirements
years' experience in automotive dealership sales management
player in building and mentoring a successful sales department
exceptional leadership, management and communication skills
detail orientated
